Also selling was a manufactured home at 770 Sewell Road, which closed at $420,000. That property offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms across 1,782 square feet and was built in 1997.

Among new listings, a townhouse at 1035 Cedarwood Drive has come to market at $464,900. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home totals 1,972 square feet and was built in 1983. A two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at 530 Coventry Court is listed at $299,000, offering 1,215 square feet of space in a building constructed in 1985.

The four transactions reflect a range of Helena housing stock, from mid-century single-family homes to manufactured housing and attached units, spanning a price range of $299,000 to $499,000.
