Four Helena residents passed away in April 2026, according to notices posted by Helena Funeral Home.

Ok Ja "Kim" Burke, 91, died April 16 in Great Falls following a brief unexpected illness. Burke was born in Seoul, South Korea on September 1, 1934, came to the United States in her early 20s, earned her GED in 1975, and graduated from Utah Technical College in 1978. She worked as a bookkeeper. She and Robert Lawrence Burke were married February 20, 1960, at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs.

Donald Duncan "Don" MacIntyre, 78, of Helena, also died April 16. The family announced his passing and indicated a full obituary and service details would be posted at a later time.

Alice Ann Gustafson, 99, of Helena, died April 18. Gustafson was known for her love of music — she taught herself piano and became a church organist — as well as her skill as a seamstress and her sense of style.

Shirley Jean Didriksen, 87, of Helena and formerly of Lincoln, died April 18 in Helena. A celebration of life gathering is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the DoubleTree Hotel in Helena. The location within the hotel will be announced when confirmed.
