Three separate groundwater certificate filings have been recorded as active with the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation for properties in Lewis and Clark County.

The Vistas at Red Fox Meadows Condo Association filed a certificate for groundwater use for lawn and garden irrigation and multiple domestic purposes, with a flow rate of 35 gallons per minute covering 0.34 acres.

Joseph M. and Toni J. Connole filed a certificate for domestic groundwater use at a flow rate of 20 gallons per minute.

Christal L. and Lee C. Anderson filed a certificate for lawn and garden groundwater use at 35 gallons per minute, covering one irrigated acre.

All three certificates carry active status. Groundwater certificates are issued by the DNRC to document legal water rights for wells and other subsurface water sources in Montana.
