Two of Helena's most recognizable community organizations are trading their usual cooperation for a little friendly competition. Grandstreet Theatre and 4-H of Lewis and Clark County will face off in a musical battle on Saturday, October 10, at Exhibition Hall at the Helena Fairgrounds, with doors and show time set for 7:00 p.m.
The Helena Fairgrounds Foundation is hosting the event, which puts the outcome in the hands of the audience. Attendees will serve as the judges, deciding which organization comes out on top in what organizers are billing as a night of nonstop music.
Both organizations have deep roots in the community — Grandstreet has been a cornerstone of Helena's theater scene for decades, while 4-H of Lewis and Clark County has introduced generations of local youth to agriculture, leadership, and life skills. The event doubles as a fundraiser and a showcase for what each group can do when it steps outside its usual lane.
Ticket details and additional information were not fully available in advance materials. Residents interested in attending should contact the Helena Fairgrounds Foundation or watch for updates from Grandstreet Theatre and Lewis and Clark County 4-H.
