The Capital High School varsity volleyball team fell to the Big Sky Eagles in Missoula on Monday, October 6, losing all three sets in an away conference match. The Bruins were unable to take a set against Big Sky, dropping the match 0-3.
The loss adds to Capital's conference record as the Bruins work through the back half of their season. Big Sky has been a consistent competitor in the division, and road matches in Missoula present a familiar challenge for Helena-area teams making the trip west.
Complete set scores were not immediately available. Capital's next matches and updated standings will be posted through the school's athletics program.
