Seven companies — ranging from a New York-based behavioral health firm to a local electrical contractor — have filed new business registrations with the Montana Secretary of State listing Lewis and Clark County as their jurisdiction, according to records posted to the state's business search portal.

Among the out-of-state filers are Great Lakes Behavioral Health Services, P.C., headquartered on Hudson Street in New York City, and Hyundai Capital Insurance Services, LLC, based in Irvine, California. Both registered as foreign entities, meaning they are incorporated elsewhere but have established a legal presence in Montana. Great Lakes Behavioral Health (file number F1459625) joins a behavioral health services market that has seen increased outside interest in recent years as Montana has worked to expand mental health access statewide.

Several Montana-based companies also appear in the new filings. Excellence Through Insight, Inc. (F1458458) lists a Bozeman address on Damarell Road, as does Team Grow INC (F1458665) on Fairway Drive. Ravus, Inc. (F1458363) is based in Missoula on Palmer Street. Two filings — Jenny Soo Hoo OD, P.C. (F1459226) and OCTA Logistics INC (F1459804) — share the same Kalispell address at 1001 S. Main Street, Suite 49, suggesting a shared office or registered agent arrangement.

The lone domestic filing among the group is Chris Walter Electric LLC (C1470683), a new limited liability company with no listed street address beyond its Lewis and Clark County designation — likely a Helena-area electrical contractor entering the local trades market. Business registrations with the Secretary of State do not require a company to be actively operating or open to the public at the time of filing.
