Grandstreet Theatre is staging a production of "The Secret Garden" at its home at 325 North Park Avenue as part of the organization's 50th season. The musical adaptation of the classic Frances Hodgson Burnett story follows 11-year-old orphan Mary Lennox as she arrives at her reclusive uncle Archibald's Yorkshire manor and discovers a neglected garden that becomes a catalyst for healing among the household.

The show features what many consider one of the most celebrated scores written for the Broadway stage. Grandstreet has described it as a fitting centerpiece for the landmark 50th season, with themes of forgiveness, family, and renewal.

Tickets are available through the Grandstreet Theatre website. The Walking Mall venue is a short distance from Last Chance Gulch.
