One lien covers multiple lots in the Peaks Phase 1 of Crossroads at Mountain View Meadows subdivision. A second lien covers a parcel in the Commercial 4 section of the same development. Simkins Lumber, a Helena building supply company, is among the suppliers that contractors and developers are legally required to pay before a lien right expires — and recording a Right to Claim Lien is a supplier's way of preserving that legal standing if payment is delayed or disputed.
Taken together, the eight filings tied to Mountain View Meadows LLC across the recorder's office — spanning deeds, capital flow records, and lien documents — point to a developer actively building out multiple phases of the Crossroads at Mountain View Meadows project on Helena's east side. Whether the Simkins liens reflect a routine billing dispute or something more complicated isn't clear from the public record. What is clear is that the development is moving product: the Palagi deed is one more closed sale in a subdivision that has been expanding for several years.
