Montana WILD is putting on a Halloween-themed event for families this season, with a full lineup of wildlife programs and hands-on activities aimed at all ages. The event is scheduled at the Montana WILD facility on the south end of Helena.
The day's programming includes live raptor demonstrations at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m., a reptile and amphibian encounter table, owl pellet dissections, a bat cave walk-through, and Halloween craft stations. A photo opportunity area is also part of the setup.
Montana WILD, operated by Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks, regularly hosts educational programming connecting Helena-area residents — especially kids — with native wildlife. Halloween-themed events have become a seasonal staple at the facility. Admission and registration details were not specified in the event listing, and attendees should check with Montana WILD directly for any ticketing requirements.
